We produce 8 families of wines, Grape, Citrus, Berry, Hard Fruit, Pitted Fruits, Honey, Maple and Vegetable. We also make Ciders and Jellies/Jams. Our food menu (Light Fare) changes weekly to compliment our wines and ciders that are available.
