About Us:
The Chateau Dusseau opened its doors in 2006, co-founded by brothers Robert and Stephen Dusseau. Cheers-Stephen&Robert Stephen and Robert share a cheers in the tasting room. Long time farmers and hobbyist wine makers, it was only a matter of time before Stephen and Robert would plant their first varietals in the Spring of 2001. With intense enthusiasm and the support of friends and family, a vineyard was established with planting of a variety of grapes with the goal of determining which would do the best in the local climate and soil.
Tucked in the heart of the Finger Lakes the Chateau Dusseau is your first stop on your wine tour. Off the Route 81 corridor, travel a short 12 miles up State Rt 90 and see this quaint cottage for a taste of the best Reds in the Finger Lakes region.
We are a young, family owned, winery and vineyard. We love what we do and do what we love. We host a variety of events; whether it's a wedding, birthday party, music event, or a day of outdoor games in the sun, we're always aiming for a good time.
