About Us
The Cream Ridge Winery was founded in 1988 by Tom and Joan Amabile. Â Over the past 25 years the Amabile family have enjoyed the passion for wine and the joy of spending time with our customers who we prefer to call our friends.
Today Tim and Jackie Schlitzer now manage the winery and bring the Amabile and Schlitzer Family together as we move towards the next 25 years of wine making joy!
