About Fawncrest
Wayne and Patty McNeil broke ground for the vineyard in November 1998, planting the first vines in April of 1999. Their first harvest was in 2001 and ever since then, they  have been producing a variety of quality dry wines.Â
Although they grow their own grapes at the vineyard, they do import from other regions of the country. Thus carrying on the whole wine making process from crushing, to fermenting, to bottling at their Canyon Lake winery.Â
Their average production is more or less 400 cases per year. By remaining a small winery, the McNeils are able to deliver quality wine at reasonable prices.
