Trevor and Nikki Gillig are the owners of Gillig Winery in Findlay, Ohio. They opened their doors in 2016. Trevor and Nikki have been married since 2001 and reside in Findlay with their two children: a son, Gavin and a daughter, Hayden...and we can't forget thier sweet Cavapoo, Chewie.
Trevor is graduate of University of Findlay and currently still works full time at Marathon Petroleum. He is active at the winery with the wine production schedule and all maintenance issues. Both children are active as well, assisting Nikki and Trevor wherever needed.
Nikki, a pharmacy grad from ONU, had a dream of opening a winery after visiting wineries near Traverse City back in 2009. Being a pharmacist, she wasn't sure how to make that happen...but she did! She "retired" from pharmacy after 17 years in the profession and went on to pursue her deam...even though it's been extremely challenging and exhausting most days, it has been very rewarding.
They are excited to bring the first winery to Findlay, Ohio, where guests can enjoy a relaxing atmosphere and countless good times with family and friends. Gillig Winery is a family-owned winery and bistro striving to provide excellent customer service, exceptional quality products, and all done with the utmost integrity. All wines are produced and bottled here in our Findlay, Ohio location.
