Open: Year-round
Inspired by the movies "A Walk in the Clouds" and "A Good Year" we decided to open a winery, but not just any winery; a winery that reflects the fun and style of its founders.
In early Spring of 2010 we planted our first vines, which will eventually produce the Marquette grapes we need to make a nice red similar to a Cabernet. In 2011 we planted even more Marquette grapes, almost doubling our capabilities. While we are awaiting a few years for these grapes to grow we are producing our own vintage with the help of von Stiehl Winery, Wisconsin's oldest licensed winery. We now have five of our own wines; Knockin Head's Red, Mademoiselle White, Cherry Crush (made from Door County cherries), Harbor Ridge Chardonnay and Harbor Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon. You can learn more about these and the other wines we carry under the "Our Wines" tab.
Please stop by to watch our progress as the vines grow, production in process and a tasting of our large selection of wines.Adopt-A-Vine and Donate to Charity at the same time. In late fall we will be introducing our Adopt-A-Vine program giving you to claim your name on one of our new growing vines, donating a portion to charity and ending up with a bottle of our first production. Watch our web site for further details.
