Born out of our love of fine wines and Grass Fed & Pasture Raised Meats, KALON FARM has become a perfect location for our wine making. Our
soil conditions and weather patterns have allowed us to plant some hearty vines that can produce some bold reds and neat whites. We are able to have vines on their own rootstock and non grafted. We feel that many of the challenges of larger winery's can be avoided due to our smaller stature.
Our model for growth and wine making will follow our farms practices. We follow a modified holistic approach that we only use things that will not harm the land, Plants , animals and ourselves. This means no pesticides, or growth agents will be a part of our wine meats or produce.
