At our Eugene, Oregon vineyard, we've been growing and producing fine Oregon Willamette Valley Chardonnay since 1983. Family owned and operated, we personally ensure the quality of every bottle. Vineyard and Our Wines:
Our cooler than most mezzo-climate at the vineyard allows us to grow Chardonnay such that the delicate fruit and floral nuances can be fully retained without being “burned out” by excessive or prolonged summer heat. Not excessively alcoholic, each wine is styled to highlight subtleties one doesn’t taste when these varieties are grown in warmer climates.
Both our Chardonnays are very light with no wood or malo-lactic exposure. The Houston Vineyard label is a slightly sweet Chardonnay of green apple flavor laced with honey having a delicate apple blossom bouquet. Our Coast Fork label is similar but with a somewhat drier, more crisp finish. These wines are, in words, fresh and delicate
