Hovey Chardonnay is legendary in these parts, winning gold medals, accolades and was even featured at the James Beard House in New York City. The fruit comes from the venerable Shaw Ranch (formerly Stevenot) that Chuck has been working with for more than 20 years. Tropical, citrus, lightly oaked. It is a Chard that sells out.
