Jade Moon was established in 2005 when Huw, Dale, and Sian Morris moved to Paso Robles from Bermuda. Huw Morris had been President of the Bermuda Wine Circle for 26 years and has collected wines seriously since 1968. His vast global knowledge of wine is well recognized by those who know him.
We are a small, family-owned, artisan winery producing about 300 cases per year. Our first vintage, 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon, won a Gold Medal at the Central Coast Wine Competition. All our wines that have been entered into competitions have received Gold or Silver Medals as well as high points from the Wine Enthusiast.
Huw’s well trained and sophisticated palate combined with Dale’s business background provide a solid team producing award-winning wines.
