Oak Haven Farms is located on the gentle rolling hills of Sorrento in the Central Florida region. The Farm began as a 20-acre strawberry farm in 1996 with owners Harry and Karen Stauderman and daughter Lynn. Our iconic oak tree is positioned in the heart of the farm which serves as a landmark and is celebrated on our wine logo. It serves as a historic landmark in Sorrento, FL.
The farm slowly expanded over time to include a country kitchen which offers u-roast hot dogs, soda and chips and home-style strawberry shortcakes, home-made milkshakes and ice cream sundaes WEEKENDS during the strawberry season (Late December-Late March).
In 2010, our farm transitioned and expanded from a U-cut Christmas Tree farm to a vineyard with an onsite winery featuring our authentic Sorrento wines including our most popular Strawberry Wine, Blueberry wine, and our very own Muscadine wines Carlos, Noble and Southern Belle - our Rose blend.
Oak Haven Farms & Winery continues to grow by following trends, improving our standard products, and listening to the customer. Our unique service has established our place in this industry. This allow us to make a distinctive and substantial impact for our clients.
