Our vineyard is optimally situated in the heart of the Finger Lakes, on the eastern shore of Seneca Lake. With plantings extending to its shoreline, our micro-climate mitigates the challenges faced by most growers in the region. We have carefully selected our location, varietals, plant material and rootstock so we can demonstrate what is possible in the Finger Lakes.
Our guiding principle is to preserve the sanctity of our site. Strict viticulture practices and the insistence upon vine balance have resulted in the highest quality fruit over the years. Emphasis is paid to vineyard work which allows for minimal intervention in the cellar.
