Open: Year-Round
We started making wine as hobbyists several years ago. When the owner's of Woodcock Brothers Brewery said that they loved it and that we "have to sell it", we began the licensing process. About one year later, Savage Winery was open! We remodeled the old milkhouse into the production room and hand built the tasting room addition.
The winery is located in the rolling hills of WNY, situated on a working alpaca farm. There are also a some sheep and a couple of miniature goats! Â We have an informal atmosphere where you can catch the football game on the flatscreen tv or enjoy a glass outdoors and play a game of cornhole.
