Our mission at SC Cellars is to make wines of distinction and style. Â To accomplish that we begin in the vineyard, cultivating and nurturing the land. Â Shoot thinning and crop load management are vital to achieving a fully mature grape with body and structure. Â We carefully follow the new wine from the vineyard to the glass resulting in our premium, handcrafted wines. Â Our estate grown red wine is crafted in the traditional Bordeaux style. Â A classic blend of five noble French varietals, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petite Verdot and Malbec. Â Producing a wine exhibiting dark ruby, red color with aromas of blackberry, allspice, cedar and pepper. Â Full bodied with great balance and a lingering finish.
