Westbend Vineyards is located in Lewisville, North Carolina. The 60 acres of prime vinifera vineyards are neatly tucked into the gently rolling countryside in the northwest corner of Forsyth County, where the Yadkin Valley begins. Located just 15 minutes from Winston Salem, Westbend Vineyards attracts visitors from all around the world. At the vineyard's entrance, you are greeted by acres of mature manicured rows of vines. Westbend's lovely pavilion and patio, often used for parties, receptions, weddings, and corporate events, is surrounded by the beautiful, manicured vineyards. Across the road sits a historic farmhouse which was built in 1850 by Joel Benjamin Hauser and his wife Margaret. This lovely old cabin which has been lovingly restored is recognized as the logo for Westbend.
Westbend Vineyard's wine has won numerous gold and silver medals at prestigious competitions and received glowing praise from the press, including the Wine SpectatorWestbend Brewery too and wine critic Robert Parker.
Recently, we have expanded our vision to include a brewery. We opened our Westbend Brewhouse in February 2012. We are now Westbend Vineyards & Brewhouse. So now in addition to admiring our lovely vineyards you can also admire the hops plants growing alongside our grape vines. We invite you to visit and enjoy great wine and great beer as well.
