Dahlonega - Wolf Mountain Vineyards And Winery

180 Wolf Mountain Trail

Our pastoral hillside vineyards, fieldstone-encased winery and hospitality facilities overlook the foothills of the Southern Appalachian Mountains. The Vineyard and Winery provides the perfect setting for the enjoyment of our award-winning handcrafted wines, Vineyard Weddings, Sunday Brunch, Cafe Lunch and Gourmet Dinners.

Wolf Mountain Vineyards was established in 1999, with the preparation of our 30 acre estate for grape growing. In 2000, the vines were planted by hand and the winery construction began. We finished construction of the now 10,000 square foot gravity flow winery in spring of 2001. Our first vintage of approximately 1000 cases was produced that fall, using locally grown fruit.

We opened to the public in early spring of 2003, selling out of our first vintage in only eight months. Our first harvest at Wolf Mountain was the fall of 2002, with our wine production reaching 2000 cases. During our second season we expanded our program of events and sold out of our 2002 vintage. Our focus is to make the highest quality Georgia wines possible. As a result of our labor intensive protocols, our production will remain limited. With the support of our loyal patrons, we have exceeded a 5000 case annual production.Come by the winery soon to taste the difference, you won't want to miss this year's vintage or our exciting events.

Our Vision:

To create a lifestyle at Wolf Mountain Vineyards and Winery that offers our family, friends, and guests the highest-possible quality wine and food experiences.

To create a limited number of handcrafted Georgia wines enjoyed at unique events designed to broaden one's knowledge and appreciation of the culinary arts and the marriage of wine and food.

The Sunday brunch buffet at Wolf Mountain is phenomenal. I have been twice and both times it was outstanding. The second time was for my birthday brunch and it was definitely a great day. The menu is different each month. Probably some of the best wine in the area. Make a reservation!

Breathtaking views and lovely brunch. We came for the Easter brunch and had a lovely time as always. The menu seemed a bit more limited than usual, but everything was delicious. The brisket was super tender, as was the tham. I can always find something to fit my Keto Lifestyle. The service was excellent, quick and professional. The view are spectacular and worth the trip into the mountains, but you MUST make reservations. Brunch for adults is $35/pp, and kids are $17. Wine is a bit pricier, so it's best to share a bottle (or not).

The food was great, try the grit fries! The service was excellent. The wine wasn't the best I've ever had but drinkable. The view was spectacular! Definitely worth a second trip.

Incredible lunch and wine experience. Everyone was very helpful, and the whole place was very beautiful and well taken care of. It felt like we were part of the family.

Good wine in a gorgeous setting. The vineyard itself is set on a idyllic mountainside with a sweeping panorama of the southern Appalachians. The wine is quite good, but I wish they had more red options. Overall, a wonderful experience.
